SelfhelpMagazine Discussion Zone Forums: If you have questions pertaining to your particular situation or life circumstance, we are not in a position to help you. But we have constructed an extensive in-house Discussion Zone Forums for you to bring your concerns to our very resourceful readers.Ask all your personal questions here by using an anonymous name, then come back to see if anyone can provide answers for you. Or set your preferences to have our server contact you when you receive an answer to your question. Other people use these forums as diaries and don't wait for comments, but just keep logging their thoughts and feelings. Eventually, others drop in and comment on the work-in-progress and give them questions and comments to help focus the diary or journal-keeping process. Better yet, others read previous questions and try to learn from the many different answers other people have already received. It's all FREE, so use it anyway you prefer.
