Daily Life and Stress

by Marianne Ross, Ph.D.

Question: I find that I get too caught up in little details of daily life and feel stressed. In the past, I have found philosophic and poetic writings helpful, relaxing and centering. Do you have any suggestions about how I might find some brief readings on life issues? I want to be able to write some down and carry them with me.

It is a good thing that you have found a way to relax and center yourself. We have a collection of "Meditative Thoughts" that I think you will enjoy. Please let us know what you think of it.
