My First Time on the Treadmill at the Gym, I Had An Orgasm after Walking for 7 Minutes

by Dr. Al Cooper and Dr. Coralie Scherer

Question: My first time on the treadmill at the gym, I had an orgasm after walking for 7 minutes. One minute later I had another. I got weak; it was great. Do you have any answers?

Lucky you! This experience of having an orgasm on the treadmill will likely get you addicted to exercise.

Many young women have reported experiencing their first "spontaneous orgasm" while engaging in some innocent youthful activity like swinging in a swing. This gives a whole new meaning to the term "swinging"! (It usually refers to swapping partners.)

Similarly others report that riding horseback can induce orgasm. No wonder adolescent girls often become such passionate equestrians! Older women report heightened sexual arousal in certain yoga poses and studies report a link between regular exercise and heightened libido for both sexes.

Obviously the rhythmic friction of walking on the treadmill stimulated your clitoris enough to trigger orgasms. I suggest you patent your technique and assure your financial future well into your retirement years!
